Karndean flooring contractors accepts online returns ONLY. due to the nature of our secondhand inventory, we cannot honor refunds, as there have been too many folks bringing us used items that were not part of our inventory and requesting $$. thanks.

online returns are permitted for domestic orders only
- items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date
- returned items must have tags attached
- online returns will be issued online store credit once the return is received and processed
- in-store returns are not permitted
- sale items are non-returnable
- a maximum of 3 returns, per shipping address, permitted within three months
